Controller and purposes

MedGrue Maroc uses information you provide to qualify an equipment request, coordinate commercial follow-up, or qualify a prospective supplier. Phase 1 does not provide payment, guaranteed booking, or automatic inventory publication.

Data processed

Depending on the journey, data may include contact name, company, phone, email, WhatsApp preference, city, technical requirements, supplier-fleet information, and context you voluntarily provide.

• Do not put personal contact details in the AI finder: input containing an email address or phone number is blocked before Vertex AI.
• Analytics accepts only allowlisted properties and rejects email addresses and phone numbers.

Use and recipients

Authorized MedGrue operators use contact data to handle your request. Configured technical providers may process only what is necessary for hosting, database, security, email delivery, and audience measurement. Contact details are not necessary for AI prompts and are not sent to them.

Retention

Active requests are retained while they are being handled. Equipment requests in LOST/SPAM and supplier leads in REJECTED/SPAM become eligible for operational erasure after 365 days without an update. Active records remain subject to periodic review. Erasure removes contact details and potentially personal free-text while minimal non-personal data may be retained for aggregate reporting and audit.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, export, or erasure through MedGrue’s contact channel: The public contact address must be configured before production launch.. Provide enough information to locate the record, such as its reference, without sending secrets or unsolicited identity documents.

Consent and versions

Each lead form stores a policy key, consent version, and accepted locale. This page has its own version so MedGrue can document the notice current at collection time.
